Master Of Etiquette

MasterOfEtiquette.org offers a recognised online certification program MoE (Master of Etiquette) in the field of etiquette. The program consists of an exam, called the MoE exam. A candidate must demonstrate a high level of etiquette skills needed to master all types of social events according to contemporary conventional norms and rules of the society. As of 2018 the success rate of MoE Exam is 17%.
The MoE exam is designed as an online test with 100 questions with a time limit of 70 minutes. For every question you select from several responses. You have response at least 85 questions (85%) correctly in order to pass the MoE exam and to obtain the certificate.
The cost of the MoE exam and the certificate is $150.00.

To successfully pass the certification either you should be a professional in etiquette or you should prepare yourself intensively to the MoE exam. Since the advanced topics of etiquette are included, it does not suffice to learn one introductory book to etiquette or to pass some elementary etiquette course. The non-elementary subjects involve: Royal Etiquette, Orders of precedence in the United Kingdom, International Etiquette (Asia, Middle East, Latin America), Tea Etiquette, Wine Etiquette. A candidate is expected to demonstrate a solid mastery of these topics. On the other hand, for the elementary topics like table manners or dress codes, it is expected to master all the details.
To get the feeling of the MoE exam without the necessity to pay the whole amount for the MoE exam, either you can have a look on several examples of questions or you can try our trial certification, which is a test consisting of 30 questions with a time limit of 20 minutes. The trial certification costs $5.00 and you have 2 tries.

MasterOfEtiquette.org does not provide any learning materials or regular group lessons. This is main the difference to normal etiquette schools where the candidates may obtain a certificate. In our opinion there are enough high-quality study materials and programs and we do not see any strong argument for creating another one. What we miss is the possibility to obtain a certifacate without enrolling to some etiquette school. MasterOfEtiquette.org fills this gap.
This approach has both advantages and disadvantages. The advantage is that you can start your exam any time you consider your knowledge sufficient, even without learning at all. The disadvantage is that there is no consolidated book or course aiming to pass the MoE exam. You need to study from several different sources of your choice, and as such the preparation for the MoE exam can take longer.
Nonetheless in case of interest MasterOfEtiquette.org can prepare a custom made private lesson for you. Ask for price and availability of our experts on info@masterofetiquette.org. We speak English, French and German.

All the questions and responses in the MoE exam are carefully selected and discussed with our experts and consultans, so that there would be no doubt if a question makes sense or if a response can be uniquely classified as correct or wrong; no matter from what recognised source you learn.

The certification program is aimed to candidates, who master the following topics:
